But with all of these options, many beginners are unsure where to start and can’t help but ask how much Kratom should a beginner take?
What is a Safe Kratom Dosage for Beginners?
It’s not a one size fits all situation, however, we do have some recommendations for newcomers.
🤏 Starting Dosage Kratom Grams~
Start with 1-2 grams. This is a low dose, but for safety reasons, it is always important to start small. Amounts are clearly labeled on the product packaging (with some even giving newcomer recommendations).
Give it some time, and wait about 60-90 minutes for the Kratom to fully take effect. Effects will generally start at the 30 minute mark. With this dosage, most individuals will segway into a mild energetic state with light focus and a slight mood boost.

Can You Take Too Much Kratom?
