Welcome to Zion Herbals. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping (5–7 Business Days)
- Free Economy Shipping (5–7 Business Days) on qualifying orders of $49 or more
- Priority Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
- Priority Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (Business Days) are generally processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:30 PM may still ship the same day whenever possible; however, same-day processing is not guaranteed and may ship the following business day.
All shipping and delivery estimates are based on business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped using FedEx.
Orders shipping to PO Box addresses will be shipped through USPS.
Carrier selection may vary depending on package type, destination, and operational requirements.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state, local, and federal regulations regarding kratom products, Zion Herbals may be unable to ship to certain locations.
Shipping restrictions are automatically managed and updated through our compliance systems. Orders placed for restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.
International card transactions are not accepted at this time.
Shipment Risk & Delivery
All shipments are FOB from Zion Herbals’ shipping facility.
Returns & Refunds
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Zion Herbals generally does not accept returns on opened products.
Products must remain sealed and unused in their original packaging to qualify for return consideration.
Eligible returns may qualify for:
- Store credit
- Product exchange
- Replacement (in limited circumstances)
Refunds are issued at Zion Herbals’ discretion.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If a package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms the package was lost, Zion Herbals may, at its discretion, reship or refund the order.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Zion Herbals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Return Eligibility Window
To request a return, exchange, or store credit, you must contact us within:
- 30 days of delivery for standard catalog products
- 3 days of delivery for live plants or seeds
Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not qualify for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Zion Herbals.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent activity, abuse, or illegitimate chargebacks will be investigated and contested.
Zion Herbals reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders
- Refuse service
- Restrict future purchases
Pursue collection efforts when necessary
A processing fee of up to $75 may apply to illegitimate chargebacks.
Live Plants & Seeds Disclaimer
Live plants and seeds require special handling and care.
Zion Herbals guarantees live plants will arrive alive and healthy only if:
- Delivery is accepted promptly or a safe delivery location is provided
- Packages are opened immediately upon arrival
- Care instructions are properly followed
- Products are not exposed to extreme conditions after delivery
- Any issues are reported within 3 days of receipt
Because growing conditions and care are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continued plant survival after delivery.
Acceptable Orders Policy
Zion Herbals reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at any time if fraud, misuse, compliance concerns, or suspicious activity is suspected.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or deny service when necessary to protect our customers and business operations.
Force Majeure
Zion Herbals shall not be liable for shipping delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor shortages or strikes
- Transportation interruptions
- Technical failures
In such cases, shipments may be delayed until normal operations resume.
