Goodbye Georgia: KCPA Amendment

Georgia KCPA Update

Changes have been made to the KCPA ✍️

An amendment to the Federal Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) 🍃 has been made in Georgia and will go into effect January 1st, 2025.

In addition to banning Kratom ingestion via “heating element or vaporizing mechanism”, retailers, manufacturers, and other sellers must have a registered agent within the state of Georgia.

Unfortunately, with Zion Herbals being based out of Virginia, we will no longer be able to supply our Georgia customers when 2025 arrives. We will miss you and truly appreciate your loyalty. 🙏💕

That being said, we urge Kratom advocates to stay informed and stay in touch with their Congressional Officials.
