The Federal Kratom Consumer Protection Act has been filed in both the House and Senate
The American Kratom Association needs your help to pass the Federal Kratom Consumer Protection Legislation. To get this passed and stop FDA aggression, we need assistance from businesses selling direct to consumers to help spread our message and increase the overall number of advocates that support consumer protection.
We are pushing for consumers to contact their Congressional representatives, as well as to be prepared to stop state bans in 2024.
The AKA has organized the American Kratom Protectors. This is a national grassroots organization that will help lead our advocacy efforts as we fight state bans, share correct information about kratom, and push passage of state and federal Kratom Consumer Protection Acts.
