The Protein Shaker is 24oz (700ml) and is made of shatterproof plastic. It is dishwasher safe and easy to clean after exercise. A 316 stainless steel spiral ball moves inside the bottle, pre-moving shaker makes the mixture smooth. The shaker also has an ergonomic flip-top lid that snaps securely shut for shaking and transport (fits most cup holders).
